Gnocchi is a 9-year-old Double Doodle and the quiet heart of Ride4LifeNW and No Dogs Left Behind. More than a service dog, he rides by choice, waits without question, and stays when it matters most. Instantly trusted by children and deeply felt by adults, Gnocchi doesn’t know he’s brave—only that he’s changing lives.

Max (Massimiliano) Orsini is the Italian-born American founder of Ride4LifeNW, a nonprofit awareness initiative turning the road into a platform for purpose. Shaped by international service, survival, and second chances, he is a two-time kidney transplant recipient and cancer survivor who advocates for organ donation, heart and kidney disease awareness, and animal welfare through human connection and lived experience.
Often traveling with his sidecar dog, Gnocchi, Max believes awareness is most powerful when it’s personal. He is also the founder of Caffè Orsini, a nationally and internationally award-winning coffee company built on craftsmanship, culture, and conversation. His guiding belief is simple: life is borrowed, purpose is chosen, and impact is measured by what you leave better than you found it.

Jamie Orsini is the Event Coordinator and Co-Founder of Ride4LifeNW, where she plans and executes the events, journeys, and community engagements that bring the organization’s mission to life. She oversees logistics, partner coordination, and on-site execution to ensure every event is safe, welcoming, and meaningful for patients, families, and supporters. As a co-founder and the steady heart behind Ride4LifeNW, Jamie’s dedication, compassion, and behind-the-scenes leadership are essential to the organization’s impact and growth.

Donatella Milella is the Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Lead for Ride for Life, transforming real experiences from the road into powerful storytelling that inspires awareness, connection, and action worldwide. Through thoughtful communication, she amplifies the heart of the mission—showing that Ride for Life is not about motorcycles or records, but about life, hope, and human connection worldwide. She amplifies the heart of the mission: the belief that life is worth protecting, celebrating, and sharing.

Sara Mairs is the Fundraising Manager at Ride4LifeNW, where she leads relationship-driven fundraising to support organ-donation awareness, patient services, and community connection. Guided by a belief in storytelling and human connection, she works with donors, sponsors, healthcare partners, and community organizations to build sustainable support through individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grants. With heart and integrity, Sara helps turn compassion and shared purpose into meaningful impact for patients, families, and programs like No Dog Left Behind.
